Trial with Tye vs. REEC

How the Memory feltHow the Memory felt

Private Notes

This week was the trial for Charter Crest. Deon sued Tye because he wanted to fight out who actually owns Charter Crest in court.

Deon thought he stacked his case by getting Tye to give him title ownership through a series of title changes from 50/50 to 75/25 to 100% in Deons name. He also sent several text messages that he tried to claim were their contractual agreement. The last straw was tricking Tye into filing a final deed with the accessors office that was deemed fraudulent and voided.

I was sued as a conspirator that prevented Deon from taking possession of the house, and for harming Deon for trying to help Tye.

I countersued Deon for filing a frivolous lawsuit asking for damages of every kind including punitive. I learned punitive damages are to punish the person that brought a fake case.

Tye countersued Deon asking the jury to decide who owns Charter Crest, one, the other, or both of them. They also sued for damages against the other.

My case has already been decided in my favor. I pray that my damages awarded are plentiful and I am actually paid them.

Tye’s case will be decided on Monday. I pray that the jury sees that Deon is a scam artist. I pray the jury awards Tye 100% ownership of Charter Crest, he owes Deon nothing, and Deon needs to vacate the home within 30 days.

So, how do I feel?
My tummy is still nauseous, reflux, cramps, my focus is still off, I just wanna go to sleep.

I think things will get better after this is all decided.

If Deon appeals I pray he will still be forced to vacate and pay the damages NOW no matter how long the appeal takes.
