Tye is under attack. Deon Derrico is a narcissistic hustler and full time criminal trying to move into Tye’s house and benefit from $400k in equity it has accrued.

He is trying to ruin Tye’s life. I wish I was being dramatic but this is unbelievable and really happening.

Deon tricked Tye into putting title into REEC as 100% owner, but Tye is still financially responsible for his house through a VA loan at CIS Home Loans.

Worse… Deon tricked Tye into filing another quitclaim putting title back into Tye’s name that turned out to be fraudulent. It was voided (which I think Deon knew he could do), but Deon lied and said Tye forged his name on it and the deed does not show up in the notary book.

I have been sued civilly as a conspirator, which is nuts and a frivolous lawsuit, but Tye was arrested and now has to face criminal charges.

This thing seems to never end. I hate this stupid house, I wish Deon Derrico would get lost in the dessert and die, and I want our normal boring life back.
